I am in Des Moines I was terminated NOT laid off today. I was told because "needs improvement" mid-year which was a target placed on me in a dept about to downsize considerably. The current hold time with HR is 45 minutes...if that tells you anything. Planned..you bet!

At the end of the article, since lifting asset cap Wells exceeded 2 trillion. They can pay severance without the game of making everyone crazy to quit! All the extra hours of work, long hours to have my job and livelihood looming over my head everyday. Hard work does not pay off here. Scharf acts like he is proud to layoff. That used to be a really bad leadership indicator, now it’s pride?
