Are there any cuts coming to engineering or cloud operations ? If so when

The poor performers are being removed from the company

The people who don't do any work and don't comply with RTO policy are gone

We can now move forward and thrive without the dead weight

In the Service Delivery there have been 3 M2's have been gone this week or maybe last week and Knowledge of this getting out now. Its all very secretive. Are they working on the DNME now and cutting them?

Any news on potential layoffs? If trends persist, they’re quarterly & won’t be stopping anytime soon.

Management only seems to know how to cut costs. They can't grow the business, so they just keep trimming people. But that approach is making the innovation problem even worse, which brings us back to square one. They're stuck in a pattern they can't seem to escape.

I'm on edge about whether there will be cuts this week. I wouldn't put it past them to do it just after the holiday.
