When are they communicated? Manager is on leave so i am in the dark!

Don’t count on any raise greater than the mediocre historical percentages.
That is new. My boss would give me my review detail (blah blah) and didn’t have the $$$ at that time. That came out after in another call. Then i would hear i got the highest percentage (which is great because i am the lowest paid) i told him you do realize that percentage are relative so based on where i am at on the midpoint 2% of 90k is not equal and is less than 1 % of his salary. Don’t even go to the bonuses whether you are 100 or 110 or 120 = 7-10, 10-15, 15-???? In the 120 which is management or equivalent. I asked what those numbers meant in workday and said “oh i don’t know”. REALLY
