Example of management

Thought I’d give an example to outsiders of how mixed up management and signals are here. Example: relocation of all employees in a building to be grouped by department, squeezing them in to one area when large areas of the building are left empty. Also keep in mind, a quarter, half or all of your team is actually in another state so you have no reason to communicate with these other sardines beside you. Then the company pats its back about doing so much to fight flu and COViD and RV and the plague and whatever when they just squeezed everyone together in the height of the flu season. This is just one example of how the outside information does not mirror reality at the company. I am sure people here can give other examples whether small or larger ones.

And then all these teams want to fly to our sites for large team meetings and cram 15 leaders in a room near our workspace… like, stay away.. we don’t want y’all traveling and bringing that cough to us/our office and peers just before we’re trying to see family for the holidays! Stop the pointless town halls with buffets of the nasty cafeteria food. Or at least share those survey results if you’re dragging us into a room full of germs and people sniffling and hacking!

Having campus events and cram everybody in a small area. Then talk about the flu, COVID and RSV this season.
Yeah that was a huge success.

Then we have let's give 3 months of free lunches and then turn around and tell us no raises and bonus cut 15%. Good times.
