Mark it on your calendar…every 6 months to the day for the rest of your career.
It looks as if T is getting back to their 2015 - 2019 schedule of having one layoff per quarter.
During that period the announcements (even if you had to decipher them) would come during the second month of each quarter. And after an announcement last month (the second month of Q4), I would expect the next announcement to come in Feb.
