I just got Met 1. Out of 7 on this week’s performance review and never had worse than 5 out of 7. The layoff is on.

Reviews are a little later this time as the bonus disclosure will be revealed in the same meeting. I think around March that discussion will happen. I think that will be when you see some layoffs.

In my department, the reviews are not based on objectives or Ford OS behaviors. They are based on whatever the fu-k your LL5 and LL4 think about you.
You better start giving some Christmas gifts.
@dh The odds of HR agreeing to anything ethical and kind is very very low. I'm sure they found a way to inflict pain in other ways.
IT is exempt from forced ranking. M. A. successfully negotiated with HR after few years of brutal rankings.

Our area demanded our self assessments be submitted 2 weeks ago. So bee ess on the rankings and PRs not already well underway.

Rumor has it some divisions will be force-ranked harder than others. CE1 team exempt apparently.
