Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Stop going above and beyond

I completely understand those who try to do their best for the fear of losing their job. It is too stressful when you are left without a source of income in such uncertain times.

However, going above and beyond will not make your position more safe. You just might damage your health by exhausting yourself.

Get things in writing....if they want you to work off the clock, have them put it in writing. If you say no and they target you, that's called retaliation and according to company policy, is not allowed, hahahahaha. They are so bad at it you can't help but laugh. When all of a sudden your DM gets off his drunk a-s and shows up, after not seeing you for years, that would constitute retaliation. When they ask you to work off the clock and you say no, and then all of a sudden your work load increases or your reviews are negative after always being good, that too is retaliation. Call business integrity unit, put em on speed dial. Stupid people so that's good, easy to poke holes in their story.

If you are offered a buyout, don't sign immediately. You have time and should review and consider. Getting fired is the way to go,much more to gain....lost wages etc. Still get unemployment, management is so lame they almost always determine it is wrongful termination. Double dip.....Be smarter than them, it's not hard. My 5 year old is smarter than our last RMS, makes you wonder where they find these people? Also funny to see them squirm, they band together like puppy dogs cause they can't handle adversity. It is too funny.
I took my check and rode off into the sunset, no more work for me now! Thanks Mondelez! I would love to see others do the same.....get em!

I quit this cr-p 2years ago
Walked out on a Friday left 600 cases that day with no help. Left phone and IPad in back room. Of course the backstock was so overflowing that you couldn’t find anything but that’s the game they want you to hit that number every time. My body is still paying for it still in pain every single day after throwing cases writing orders writing credits for 20 some years I’m glad I’m out quit when you can just walk off. It’s not that hard. I found another job the same day do it you will be happy.
