Thanks for your great question.
Honestly, she is the most transparent and savy people officer or HR manager this company has had. She is very shrewd in answering the questions and most importantly some questions are just totally insane and I am amazed how she handles them with so much poise.
No, I am not Christie. Just my genuine assessment.
“Corp people movement “. “People actions”…really?? Why can’t you just be honest and call them what they are? The old term “redeployment” at least had some reality to it.
She reads the text like a robot with doll face. I cannot trust her.
Herein lies the problem. Assume the intentions of DEI are all good... If you hire / promote anyone (or fail to layoff anyone) who is a DEI you have very negative and unintended consequences as follows:
You may say this post is unfair because the DEI can have good merit for promotion. However, the way Intel implements DEI this is not necessarily the case. For examples, managers have posted online here that they are allowed to hire for a REQ only if the hire is a DEI or URM. Ask yourself honestly, do you really believe the best person is hired for a job when you tell a manager they can only hire if the person is a DEI?
How can you fire beloved URM?
She messages the usual DEI/LGBTQ stuff on Twitter. It would be nice to see leaders respect and appreciate all segments of their employee base rather than specific groups that tend to receive virtue signals.
Which social media?
Thanks for your question
She's perfect for the job.
Human nature is not a corporate attribute.
Thanks for that question.
DEI hire? Has been posting some arrogant stuff on social media. Easy to find.
She’s a talking head hatchet woman. She will move on after the job is done and read some other company’s scripts on video.
She's a corporate politician
