Open positions with no salary range included

Lately I am seeing some positions with the pay range area blank? What the heck? It’s bad enough that you have these huge ranges but now they are just leaving you guessing completely!

Would you ask for the max salary if you knew the range?

LOL I'm waiting for that one poster who claims to be in HR and introduces themselves that way to try to get credibility - "HR here!" - and then proceeds to blame employees for everything.

You guys remember one of their classic replies? "You were offered 20% less than the original numbers you talked about in the HR screen because you looked good on paper, but then you failed to prove yourself in the interview so they think you're worth way less! It's you who didn't raise to the occasion. No one bait-and-switched you!"

They plan to low ball you. Plus, I went and looked at postings for WF today and noticed a lot of them include "Job Expectations: Ability to work outside of the standard 40 hour work week" Which means, you will get paid even less than the annual salary when you calculate the number of free work hours these a$sholios are demanding you work. Just say NO and go work for a company that is not trash.

You can look them up based upon job title.

Everything is a secret here. We little ones are not allowed to know anything about the company we work for. It is the wells way since Charles took over.

The salary range is not required to be posted unless we’re hiring in specific states like CO or NY.
