I’ve noticed a number of posts about moving teams to India rather thn traditional layoffs are getting deleted. Must be getting too close to something. Teams are moving to India. US are losing their jobs. Goals are very high.

The last three people laid off on my team, including me were replaced by an India person. My manager has the same # of employees but now the majority are in India. These were higher paying positions,
They have been going to India for the last 3 years. Have you been under a rock?
The posts being deleted, if they are, is likely due to the blatant bigotry of some in this forum.
