There will be huge re-orgs/layoffs this year! It won’t be a one and done though.
Helen has done a terrible job of growing revenue, so she’s going to have to cut to keep her job.
Every segment has a savings number they have to deliver on. Each segment is coming up with their plan and timing, which is why there won’t be that single date where this all happens.
Can confirm. Laid off middle management. Social Workers and RD’s now report to FA’s.
Layoffs on 1/13/2026 due to corporate restructure.
