Truist, Wells Fargo, Bank of America fare poorly in customer satisfaction report

The three largest banks in North Carolina — Bank of America Corp., Wells Fargo & Co. and Truist Financial Corp. — are at the bottom of the 2022 J.D. Power rankings for overall satisfaction with national and super-regional banks.

Obviously, they haven't seen Charlie's holiday greetings email and the year end summary video of all the wonderful things WF is doing their cherished stooges - I mean customers! Bend over and assume the position, Thank Sir may I have another!!!

My god. Truist is horrible. I have seen our call centers. Can you say Compton? These people sleep at their desk.

I'm very uncomfortable when somebody asks me where I work. I just say "one of the banks" and try to leave it at that.

As a Bank of America customer this is no surprise. Working with them in the simplest ways is a nightmare. Any time you need to engage with a human, it's like working with a brick wall. I have other accounts with local credit unions & they could not be more different.
I have reasons for maintaining my BOA account but you can tell that if they could do away with customer interaction, they would.
