If you are working weekends too voluntaruly to make extra money, good for you. If you are working mandatory OT or are being pushed into working weekends, leave. Life is too short. They don't appreciate you!

I work every weekend. It’s the nature of the job and there is no comp time. They have 10 offshore tech workers for every American and I need the job. Not that I’m not interviewing but things are tight now.
My bet is too many.
