If it is true that the next cuts can be expected in three months, then in my case it is three months of luxury to look for a new job while I still have a source of income.
After these terribly managed, and in most cases very unfair LRs, who wants to work their tail off to try to keep their job here only to have to worry again if it was enough to avoid being cut just three months later? I certainly don't.

When I got "impacted" 5 years ago (I guess it's "rebalanced" now) I thought it was the worst thing that ever happened. Getting out of that toxic mess, was the BEST thing that ever happened as it turned out.
