just found out some (not all) externals are being chopped on Jan 1st in ET. Happy new year!! Three days notice... wow

@bn my God, you posted FACTS. This was how my team operated. Literally incapable internals take advantage of talented externals that actually have experience and these incapable internal clowns block their opportunities by taking credit for their work.
These sc-mbag internals absolutely need to be put on PIP but managers are incapable to understand the complexity of engineering tasks either.
There's so many lazy people in ET that don't do any work and just force externals or Indians to do the heavy lifting. I'm all for cutting but State Farm cut the wrong people if you get my drift
If they had done some smart cutting of the fat instead of selling their souls to HCL they might still have a department to try to turn around. Now it is just a sinking ship, it is going down fast.
ET lost around 900 to HCL nearly 3 years ago. HCL will be releasing another batch at the end of the year.
Define externals?
It’s just the start. ET is going to return to office mid year. He’s big on that. And no more coasting. The House is being cleaned out.
