Leads, ambassadors, captains, key holders. Whenever you see those titles replace the store managers you need to quickly exit to the left. It means a retail company is in trouble . Same thing happened to me at toys r us .

I second this. Sears did the same thing. I hope everyone sees the writing on the wall. Also, investing millions of dollars in these new "market" stores is a huge mistake. Does Belk corporate not know it's own customer base?
