Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

2 weeks pay for every year of service

I had heard that displaced employees were to receive two weeks pay for each year of service with Wells Fargo. When do we receive this pay?

For 2026 displacement and relocation pay is no longer.

This is accurate, unless they have changed it in 2026. You get 60 notice and then 2 weeks for every year of employment. You will just continecto get the bi-weekly pay unless you tell them you want it in a lump sum. Which i would not advise because they will tax it much harder.

yes, read the benefits book. also. you receive it once you are laid off. you can take a lump sum in which you don't get medical benefits or you can take bi-weekly payments which will keep your benefits intact until the end of your severance period.
