I am in office and begging to be the next so I can get my 6 months severance. Also, started a remote job!!!!! I can’t live on 2% raises. I give Fiserv 40 hrs a week, nothing less and nothing more. I don’t respond to emails or calls when I’m off the clock. I never ever check if I have any voice mails left in teams voice mail. I had a 3 days free vacation when my laptop broke down. I warned everyone at least a year ago to replace my laptop !!!!My boss supporting me.

Wow 6 months??? I got 10 weeks.
At least you got a 2% raise. The sales dept. is not given any raises and they change the commission compensation so that it has a net decrease for 2+ years and running. At one point we were even told that our compensation for hardware is being reduced because of inflation. In other words, Fiserv didn't want to pay for the higher costs of products so it should come out of the sales people's pay.

Same here! I’m just waiting for the severance. I told my boss I volunteer for next round of layoffs (although I think my whole team may get cut since we’re in phx and the office is shutting down this month)

I want to stick it to jerk Frank with a severance package!!!!!! I am not quitting - after limiting my work to 40, not stressing and don’t care, I am doing good. I just don’t care anymore. Collecting an east check. Lost all my passion.
