Were there any layoffs in CX?

Not sure what you guys talking about, but there has been no layoff in my country for the past several years. Has there been any layoff lately? If so, that's only in US.
All of Cisco Academy(?) (RS, his staff, and all but 3 lower level folks) were let go.
@1sgk+1kg1SLvB Maybe the same people as always? Mostly enablement just coordinated sessions, bringing in "so called" experts frm CX PM delivered thier disconnected from reality sales training... leaving local geo CX teams to fix the mess.
Whole of CX Enablement is gone that's huge those guys use to do a great job. Who's going to enable Cisco sellers and partners now?
I know some HTOMs, PMs, and CSEs and haven’t heard any layoffs from them.
The handful of CX people that I know, none were impacted. The CSSs and CSEs that I know are safe
A lot under SVP AB, mostly in VP CR's team.
I was a contract Project Manager in CX for the last year. Left a few weeks ago. Horrible gig, way underpaid and too much stress. Happy as could be now.
Lots of people were let go in CX.
If CX is all about services, any UN-billable resource must be non-existent. But not so in reality.
In future, Customer Program Manager, Project Managers, Services Managers may get impacted as courier/postman job will get absolute
Yes, there were many layoffs in CX, but of course we will never know how many,
It’s rather impressive how many people that collects a paycheck there without any involvement other than observing renewal partner metrics, or sneak in some CX advanced services SKUs with Deal ID (discount)
And then the other guys, CSE and CSS and the list goes on. Seriously, Cisco could create more advanced incentive programs for partners and cut most of CX. Maybe that would provide some much needed growth on the services bookings. Cisco is after all a software and services business :)
