the town halls, IMO, our dept execs pat their backs for their f/ups and take credit for all the work WE did.... they are smiling since they will receive fat bonuses and annual increases as those of US who did the work and tried to fix the f/ups will be told: thanks for your work--we really can't give you more than 1.9% and no bonus.
*apologies for my sarcasm..it's just getting to be a sad truth around here
What do you expect out of these calls? They're not the forum to announce layoffs or negative news. Those discussions come privately and quickly then we hear about them here.

I don't know what REVs stands for, but the answer is no. Town halls at WF are the widgets made by the execs so they have something to put on their self-evals at year end. Trust me, I used to do them myself.
