PM Merch lead, I don't send help to them. Not unless it's an emergency like losing refrigeration. They operate that way with me, so that's how I run my team. They always leave their trash, leave the bailer full, with full zoning boxes. Yeah I'm not sending my people, I've had fun exchanges with fresh managers too. An I use to be the Produce TL.

Every area needs help they should just stop being cheap amd give over time you need to spend money to make money. Thats why costco will always be better than sams they over hire and dont care about wages

at Sams there are no holidays now.... I remember genuine Christmas parties , before Christmas mind you. Not after and called a holiday party at Bowling alley. There were real catered meals and gifts for every associate and their children. At one Christmas party we had a live sax player playing Christmas tunes in the background. Whether or not the actual corporation cared for us , we cared for each other. So So sad those days have long gone by the wayside. Now all Sams does is suck the soul out of every holiday , making one believe there just might be a real Grinch . So maybe we ought to start caring for one another again and show the Grinch he cant steal our Christmas because.....Sams already did.....

in our club, bakery is always behind & struggling. they are staffed with women that stand in one spot their entire shift, aren't strong enough to down stack their trucks, & too fragile to go into the freezers to get the things they need. But they want to be paid more than the guys that stock the freezers & coolers each day.

"Holiday season" refers to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Only one of them is over. Genius.
