Newcomer to BNY here . Anyone knows when is comp announcement and the actual pay day?
I ask because I am getting very jittery. Thank you all!

You’ll be waiting a long time for a comp day. Trust me.
Right, bonuses hit in last pay in Feb, but merit increase/raises don't kick in until 4/15 pay.
This year everyone is getting a membership to the jelly of the month club instead of a cash bonus

The comp announcement date can vary based on when your manager actually gives you the numbers, but it is usually mid-February. The actual pay day is the last paycheck of February, for 2023 it will be Feb 28.
