Yes. Goal is to survive another few years to retirement age and/or get a package to leave during next reorg. I will continue to perform and earn my pay.

@dv I don’t think they will wait until July to prepare for the cuts. It’s been cooking already for the P&T.

@dq

the merging into the businesses in July. you should know this.

the “lift and shift” as they call it.

where we will be lifted and shifted into business who may or may not need us later. which will of course prefer their own legacy people after budgets tighten again so wael can buy back more stock.

and where we will lose our above average job grade brackets when we are forcibly changed to business roles with lower brackets

also, you can be sure that office attendance in the US is the start of the paper trail. we already have gotten 2 passive aggressive emails about it. one from HR on a friday and now one from collette.

@a7

i don’t think my odds are good for making it through the IDT reorg

history teaches me that you need to a JG3 under 45 or a line manager to be able to become untouchable

i’ve never seen a line manager get fired ever, it’s crazy

@b1

in Q4 2025 wael had to take out high interest loans to keep up the stock buybacks

unbelievable you say? look it up through your tool of choice.

loans like that are usually high interest btw. wael is going to ruin us

Hope springs external that the company I signed on with many years ago will find its way out of the desert. It’s not impossible. Dire circumstances create opportunities for true leaders to emerge and meet the challenges. But examples of meeting challenges are not another stock buy-back or desperation divestment.

No, sick and tired of reorgs and unfair performance culture.

I will stick around one more year for full vestment. My stress levels are not good because of the increased demands, workloads and ruthless culture.
