That OD (TD) should be fired.
New Commercial Leader will get rid of AVPs, ODs, and RMs who are nothing more than number managers. It is time for people to lead in Commercial and stop blaming everyone else for why they are not doing well. The OD (TD) mentioned in previous post is one of the worst ODs in Commercial. He does not know how to lead.
New commercial leader is tasked with reducing field AM's and SE's by 50% to be replaced with call center reps and SE pool
He's actually really great. Commercial finally got a legit leader.
Cisco needs to get rid of these spreadsheet managers and get real sales leaders
Hopefully he cleans up our RM (EB) and OD (TD) in CCA. These two are dinosaurs that don’t know how to lead. They are nothing more than spreadsheet managers and not actual sales leaders.
Another 20+ year Cisco veteran that has played well in the sandbox.
He was originally in GES as the AVP
Where did he come from?
I hope he cleans house and replaces our AVP in CWA with a real AVP.
I missed the email-Who is the new guy?
The new guy leads. He will be a very welcome addition. If it adds value to the person in front of the customer he is all for it. If it is another mindless effort to produce some new TPS report he will ask those that read the TPS report to produce it themselves. WAY to much time spent on internal task in commercial.
He’s pretty good, tough leader that knows the business well. It’s a natural promotion. Big Meraki supporter which is good
The new guy coming to commercial is actually a very friendly individual who has actually stood up for his team and has done so for us many times until he simply cannot because the company is standing a hard-line, I imagine he will be the same for commercial too. Having worked with him previously he will be well liked and I only imagine he is taking this position because it's also a step above the current position he has already.
This is nothing new. Same ole - rehashing re-runs. Making sure the fraternity is kept in tact - reward those that stuck it out.
