Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Fake Glassdoor Reviews

Wow - ever notice how after a few honest reviews a slew of fake ones are added to Glassdoor to compensate? At least now they look better with some cons here and there.
Even so still 4 and 5 star reviews. Fiserv has the worst CEO EVER yet his rating is always 3.2. No integrity, no ethics, thats the Leadership now.

Fake glassdoor reviews have gone into high gear since FB slipped another 1%

If it's only 200 malcontents then why is HR or a Social Media rep always on here trying to change the narrative with the most inorganic wording ever? Not only are you pathetic, you continually make it so easy to spot the fake.

Why did you copy a company document. Sounds like your manager was doing their job.

30% approve of Frank - wow, that's bad business. Now you can spot the fake shill reviews by simplicity of language - Great Company, good future ----- and cons None that I can think of. YEAH, RIGHT. Every firm has something wrong with it but the factual reviews go into detail with accurate points. Frank wants to ki-l off Fiserv itself for cash and move on with First Data .

A company where my manager threatened to take my severance and subsidized health insurance away because I copied one document from my laptop - on my last day. And when my wife was in the hospital.

There can't be a lower bowel of He-l for these people. So glad I'm 25K richer and with a company that cares about me.

Instead of focusing their resources on actually improving this company, FB hires people dedicated to posting on glassdoor and here to attempt damage conTroll. Hilarious.

44,000 is a legendary numeric scam. Fise ---- First Data has claimed that employee headcount for years and until about 3 years ago it was valid. But with entire departments and locations nuked, and workers remote sent packing, it does not hold water even though our ride the rocket shill says otherwise. (There was a lousy movie in 1965 CRACK IN THE WORLD where they fired a rocket DOWN into the center of the earth. Ride the rocket always brings that movie to mind).

It is sad when HR recognizes that you are being abused by management, file a complaint on your behalf, and then decide the 19 allegations and different issues you have brought to their attention have "no substance". Out of 19 there is not 1 they found in my favor, yet they began the process? Oh wait, maybe it was a new HR person net yet drinking the Kool-Aid and was told to put a kibosh to the investigation after it began.

The workday numbers indeed don't lie, 35k. Keep shilling! I hope they at least pay you well for selling your soul.

Hilarious how the 200 malcontents try to speak for the 44,000 of us who enjoy working wt Fiserv. The social media con game where the vocal minuscule minority tries to amplify above the majority...sorry the numbers don't lie.

100% accurate. It's a damn sad state of affairs when you have to have shills do that because your ratings are a dumpster fire. Same nitwits that try to pump sunshine here too I'm sure.

YES! Every 2-3 honest bad reviews get followed-up by 1-3 fake stellar reviews. Almost always the same 1 line each for pros/cons and no punctuation. You can tell they are fake because contextually they don't make sense... former employee less than 1 year... "Great place to work" - if it's so great why did you leave???? With any self-selected survey, you are going to get the extremes - people who are really mad & the kool-aid drinkers. Problem is the very positive reviews only give vague reasons "good benefits" but negative reviews give very detailed reasons. Many of the positive reviews are probably entered on behalf of the company in an effort to keep the stats up.
