CS took this job knowing it was going to take time to clean up the org. Fines were inevitable, it was just a matter of time. The board expected this, not a reflection of Charlie.

At what point will the executive team just lay everything out on the table? Show some ba--s, the honesty & transparency that Charlie's been touting, and just get all of the bad news out at once? Every single time I get a news alerts for Wells, I cringe because I've been conditioned now to expect only bad news. It seems like things are getting worse, not better. How many things are now falling through the cracks thanks to the playoffs that have left many overworked because they didn't bother to fix/streamline processes or put decent, automated controls in places before cutting people?
He had one job...clean up the consent orders. He has not done that. He hand picked his leadership team. They have all failed us.
The regulators said that some of the issues are from THIS YEAR and are very much not in the past. This is just the beginning.
Chuckles was brought in to clean things up allegedly. Three years later, morale is in the toilet and we have been fined more than ever.
How is this not his fault exactly? It was his main job!
Anyone else remember when WF paid the then highest CFPB fine of $1B? And how Tim Sloan felt like a weight lifted off because we were “putting things behind us”?

BS - Charlie has failed to perform to expectation and we got fined again. It's that simple. Time for Charlie to go.
