Who has details on the complete failure EngIn has turned out to be? It seems like every time WF has a big initiative that is going to solve our problems and make work easier and make us more efficient it ends up being a ruse.

@vou. Since Chase did it and failed, of course this failed Chase management team wanted WF to do it.
Eng In ? Two Chinese last names in one . That is DEI right there . Wait ! I was told we only can have one diverse name in a system and not two. Let us call DEI steerco to discuss this serious violation.
Did DEI approve this name? WTH?
Well, the jobs being outsourced and the H1B visa folks are Injun'. Is that it?
Guy who ran it for JPM said it took 7 years and $200MM.
ENGin is like anchoring laws the way we anchored policies/regs into all procedures. If you’ve ever used or read a procedure, you know of the section with policies in it. They hired outside firms to do the work and it’s costing MILLIONS. Not an exaggeration.
Compliance Risk platform for MCRs, and all laws, regs etc. Total secrecy. They had a guy on NH town hall who is leading it. They asked him to talk about it and he could barely pronounce it. They had a guy from JPM who implemented it there and he was great. Disappeared into the WF Bermuda Triangle of execution dysfunction.
My favorite part of ENGIN was when they finally gave up on Compliance and Legal to run it after two years of no results.
I'm in IT and never heard of this.
Must be an IT thing. They love talking in geek speak that nobody else understands.
Boy, I say boy, what in the world is EngIn?
Ain't nobody from these parts never heard of such a thing. EngIn. Sounds made-up, boy. Around these parts, a fella gets whooped he try to tell lies.
I suggest you head on back to where you're from. Go on now boy, git!
