A month, two, three?

I was hired from a leading SaaS company with years of real world SaaS experience and was still laid off, so not sure SaaS / XaaS knowledge from a book is going to make you safe.
Never, for the only way Robbins knows how to run a company is quarter by quarter. And look at the ELT members. Seriously, does any of them inspire confidence?
The company is transforming to a software/service operating model, this is just the beginning. Good news is that it's not too late to be part of the transformation (for most people). Just pick up a book on XaaS, modern day ICT governance, procurement and operating models and it's obvious where we are heading. (This is both a good thing and necessary!) Happy holidays!
More cuts expected in next quarter... realistically not expecting Cisco to post good growth in business; they need to trim head count to keep the stock market happy
Not long enough.
I'm asking about layoffs, in case that was not clear.
