Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

New payslip posted

After withholdings and deductions, the base increase indeed feels like "peanut butter" sized. It's hardly there at all. Meanwhile, Mr. Shart gave himself a handsome 28% raise.

@bn you were laid off last Oct and you were expecting a raise while you're on severance?

@bn. I AM 62 and all I got was the boot. I was fired by fake reviews after 1/3 of my life working for this bank. I had upward movement and great pay until the sh-t show started.

I received my very last paycheck from Wells Fargo today. I was laid off on October 28, 2025. I was able to receive additional pay in addition to the severance for their older worker benefit protection act. I received no merit this year even though the worst I did was a two person job and then I had to train an offshore person to do my job. Thanks, Wells Fargo.

Silly kids, raises are for executives! You know, the people that never actually do any of the work or make a single sale. But dog gone it, they give a heck of a PowerPoint presentation (that someone else put together for them).

Wonder what Charlie's mid point is?

It’s like the Halloween candy labeled “fun-sized”.

And there’s nothing fun about something that’s one inch long,
