IDGAF if you donate or not but suggesting this is an HR post is ridiculous considering the bank would rather not make a matching contribution in their cheapskate expense slashing mode. In fact, the giving campaigns of old seem to have been phased out entirely and it took some active work to find the donation matching page as they would rather you just completely forget about it.
For the first time in a decade, I received no raise, although I exceeded goals set for me at the beginning of the year. Making financial moves to position myself to leave this place.

If you are a person that would donate to charity anyway, make USB match your donation would be another way to look at it.
