Rick on the front lines

Who wants to see Rick taking client support calls for a year with the salary to go along with this position?

A day would be great but to even come close to understanding have him keep that salary and live off it all year , next year he can get his 2% raise While the company brags to it’s employees how many billions they made that year

@ef isn’t that all of our jobs? Don’t we all work for shareholders, which would include a large number of employees that own Schwab stock.

If there’s one thing I’ve realized since Rick took over, it’s that he isn’t here to lead his workforce— he’s here to drive the stock price higher and keep our institutional investors fat and happy. He has more in common with our shareholders than any of us peons taking calls, so he’s never going to be able to empathize with us.
