10% increase 100% bonus. Increases were always ~2% in different department. It seems to be based on where you work.
I got the jelly of the month club.
New employee in my first year, got an SP rating but was rated 85% for bonus. No salary increase.
Maybe for you they were 3, 4 last couple of years but mine are usually in the 2 range and was in the 4-5 this year. I was high performing SP.
So, your cost of living raise of 7% meant 3% or 4% did not go to someone else that may also need a bump and got nothing, maybe cause they don't golf or perform other a$& kissing activities. Don't feel bad.
Past two years raises were 3% to 4%, this year it looks like a cost of living adjustment was included in our raises. Thank you.
I have been considering posting this. Can’t believe how many people are getting 6, 7% raises and possibly more. My dept is a joke.
