This is because Jacob’s yes men like Bas can get huge bonuses for knowing nothing about our business. All he and others are good for is saying yes and firing people.
Agreed... higher title and lower wage strategy to retain workers.

reduced total comp by 2-4% with 77% VPC payout and giving 3-4% salary hike. zero sum game. average AEG is below midpoint range so not paying much for those who are eligible
