I know RTO posts are so rare that I thought I'd bring it up again. :)
Kids are on xmas break. It's blizzarding and -50 degree windchill. Office is 25 miles away and I guarantee it's near 100% vacant this week anyway.....so I didn't go in at all this week. Give me some upvotes for Christmas, please.

The purpose is to harass people and tank morale until people choose to leave on their own so the NYC Klan doesn't have to pay severance. Might also help with tax breaks and/or be done to support big city politicians, but primarily it's to motivate people to leave.
As--s in chairs by 9am! Get my stock price out of the toilet and back to $60+ bucks a share. I didn’t retire for nothing!
Nobody goes into our office; at most I've seen a total of 3 people at a given time. WTF? What's the point and don't give me the whole collaboration and face to face synergies BS!
I'm 2023 they are dropping the hammer huh? Sounds like WFH all this week then...
The execs have little tolerance for ratings above meets anyway. F em and FRTO even harder.
2023 will begin the great layoff from the badge reports. We were told they will be checking the reports weekly and anyone not RTO 3x a week, it will be a ding on your performance review and possible termination. Happy new year!
No one will care about RTO the rest of the year.
The managers have no control. This whole fiasco is the coo and cao bags from chase
So brave
Why do you need support to make this decision independently. This is a no brainer. You would be the only one there and you would be risking your life in that weather. It is so rotten no manager recognizes that and tells you to stay home.

This is Charlie. See you in 2023 fresh and ready to work….in the office.
Peasants I despise them. Time to enjoy my Auvenay Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru. Ta Ta
