Kudos to Intel for allowing CPM'ers with an MPP payout to change their term date to 12/30 (from 12/31). Resulted in a 50% increase in lump sum payout.

MPP May be applicable for people retiring that were hired before 2014, I think. you can search internally for more info.
What is MPP? I’m taking the CPM package on 12/31 but haven’t heard about MPP. Fab thing?
Wow. That makes a huge difference in payout. Do the involuntary folks eligible for retirement (who will be around until February) also get the earlier term date?
I think that is good and the right thing to do.
