5-5-5 is literally the number of letters in Build Back Better! It all makes sense now. Just have to use 10% for the big guy math. How much did Stankey bribe Biden's lawyer with again?

The stupidity of T employees and absolute mo--nic level of incompetence never seizes to amaze. OK, we get that you would like this 5/5/5 offer to be bestowed upon you because you think you've earned it and deserve it, but get real! It's never gonna happen nor is it ever gonna become a reality! T doesn't have to make that offer in order to get people to leave prematurely! They're gonna leave on their own, anyway, offer or no offer!

Offers will be zilch. I have HR higher ups in my office and they said there will be blood shed in 2023. The only offer you will get in 2023 is hopefully a new job. Sorry to sound negative…but I’m being real.

How about a call from HR, with a kick in the rear to get out in two weeks. You are most appreciated managers thank you for your service.

Dude, what in the world are you talking about? The last message sounds very cryptic, don't have a clue!

It will be a 5-5-6. Five years added to service, five years on age and all 6 infinity stones. That way of we burn through our buy out money too fast we can just snap more into existence.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight! Like that's gonna happen with the SBC culture! I've seen this kind of offer in the AT&T world back in the day over 20 years ago, but never have I seen this kind of offer with SBC people at the helm! Go right ahead and set yourself up for a HUGE disappointment, it's your prerogative to do so!

These nattering nabobs of negativity have no clue. Operation Offload is already underway and come March of 2023 the enhanced offer will be made to represented employees.

There will be no offers!

This is especially true in the Out of Region areas of the country where there is a need for even more technicians. So, the chance of any early retirement offers or layoffs in OOR areas will not happen next year for bargained for employees. You can certainly keep your hopes alive, but you'll ultimately find yourself very disappointed with your morale even set lower than it already is!

Yes we're each gonna get 5 acres of wilderness land on tracts previously used by Long Lines, 5 old trucks, 5 years added to age and seniority plus 5 thousand dollars extra cash in small unmarked bills non-taxable.

I was told by an EVP that all technicians with 30 years or more will be offered an opportunity to leave with all of their tools and ladders, option to buy their company vehicle and also to be available for contract work if T gets very busy at the rate of double time! And you can take that to the bank, Jack!

This old timer couldn't want that offer more, but I'm a realist and know better than to get my hopes up for this nonsensical rumor that's been flying around this website since August! Dream on!!! If you can take this to the bank, Jack as you have stated so many times before, where did you hear this? A reliable source or just another T employee?
