Collab in the US was essentially the first to pull the trigger. The rest are coming. outside the US for collab and also other BU’s.
It ain't over till the fat lady sings. V2mom in CX not done yet.
01/12/2023. Stop asking.
I got LRed after 11 yrs. I knew it’s coming since 2016 when majority of non Desis in our BU got sent packing. Once this majority got a foothold in our group, I knew innovation and work culture is over.
Not sure what you guys talking about, but there has been no layoff in my country for the past several years. Has there been any layoff lately? If so, that's only in US.
No, Chuck just shot a birdie on 4, and was par on 5; greens moving slow so it will be a long slow game. Check your divots.
layoffs never end
It depends on where you are. Employees outside the US are covered by different laws & regulations causing Cisco to have to give them more notice and they'll be notified in the coming month or two.
For those in the US, they've said that if your management chain had told them that it's over, then it's done, at least for this "round". They've said that some business units, like Sales, needed more time to create their lists and those BUs would be notifying people by the end of Jan and those people's end dates would be pushed out by the corresponding # of days as those who were notified on Dec 12th. If your BU hasn't said they're done, then you should be worried.
This round might truly be over. Problem is when next run will start? Watch Q4 earning report in February, especially on guidance part.
