Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Are they trying to force us to quit?

Some roles seem to get harder by design until the person eventually gives up. I've been noticing this more and more, and recently on my own skin as well. Is this the new money-saving strategy?

Yes. They call it coaching people out the door. Just trying to save a few bucks on severance.

Absolutely. It's called Quiet Firing. They definitely want anyone that's been here awhile out. They want to pay as a little as possible. They also want to be able to Mold the new hires to do things there way. Us old timers fight back against the bs
