Your clubs made 2 million easy in the last 10 days. You've cooked your last Ham on Thanksgiving, you open your check it's the same, no bonus no overtime. Managment gets 30k more then you and gets a huge bonus, No worries, no blood sweat and tears, just a fat paycheck for doing nothing. 2023 will be a hoot......

Tf you crying for? I worked 56 hours the week of Christmas with probably a total of 3 breaks. Man that $31/hr OT was fantastic 👌👌👌👌

That ham was delicious
A few years back our mgr was fired and perp walked. All she cared about was credits and upgrades. She made it well known it's her bonus. After multiple complaints to H.O. and coachings to 50 percent of the associates she got what she deserved. She just purchased a new home and vehicle. Sweet Karma. In the end I had my coaching reversed only after threatening lawsuits .
A daily reminder that your store manager gets a six figure bonus to sit in the office all year and bark orders.
I think the managers get paid to make sure that we work.
So we work, and they get paid.
I was rolling over my PPTO hours until I have enough so I can call off 3 days in row all year. Call off 3 days in a row, work a day, call off 3............
I think HO caught on. That's why they're cashing them out and leaving us with only 80 PPTO.
In 2023 there won't be as many call offs.
