My goal is to be displaced with the package and if not I’ll retire. Either way I’m at peace with the upcoming year.

I wonder the same thing. I’m off on a new career next week. Don’t understand the fear of something new.
Why isn’t anyone trying to find a new job? It seems that people just like to complain.
