Ask any Representative in VCG Customer Service if they have the day off without using PTO
Nature of your job I guess. It's a company holiday for me. I'm sure you get a holiday in lieu of.
This is actually accurate if it's your normal working day. Since it's the day after a holiday they have this weird thing that PTO will only be granted on the 2nd if you tried to get the whole week off.
