after seeing the details this appears to be a wholesale service offering. for instance, create the wholesale backbone that other isp's need to connect to the network.
att deserves blackrock. both rotten companies to the core.

We must be in serious financial trouble if we need blackrock to do this.
I believe blackrock owns about 10 million shares of AT&T and is the largest shareholder.

idk, sounds like some kind of a scam the company is running, a blackrock partnership seems weird.
This should have been done a decade ago!! Billions wasted on ego driven mergers that were non value added!!
Nice to see the company expanding into other territories, our competitors have been doing this for years. Better late than never.
