Considering the overall situation in the company and the number of complaints that can be read here, a relatively small number of people are actually leaving.
Obviously, this place is lucky that many capable and talented people stay here despite everything, right?

We go live in April also. Pretty sure we are just a bunch of mushrooms though... kept in the dark and fed sh-t all day. Personally, it will be a miracle if I'm still around for this round of cuts. Resume is polished up and sent out to companies that actually want people that will work (and will pay them accordingly). Honestly thought I'd retire from Mondelez, but guess I'll take that loyalty elsewhere.
We go live April also. Have you been told that you find out in March?.
We havent been told anything
How many reps are being let go from each team? We are in Michigan and go live in April won’t find out till sometime in March who gets cut.
You id--t…there not even giving the good reps. The option to severance out…only the bad people are being let go. What a du----s…nice try tho!
Um, let's revisit the term quiet quitting.
Does this company actually think their employees are gonna give two times the work for the same pay or less pay?
Nope, DONE AND DONE!!!
This used to be a career with opportunities, now when asked I tell people to move on! No place you want to work anymore. Power hungry team of young managers who know absolutely nothing, which is why they get hired on. The less they know the more games GS can play that are less than moral!
I’ve seen it first hand and he thinks he’s a g-d
The good hires all leave for better jobs! The management that’s left are his puppets! LR. MB, DB….just the name a few! I treat my pets better than they treat employees! Don’t believe a word the brown nosers post!
FT or FTOW never had 401ks been here 20y, medical, dental, and other options are about the same
To the guy who is a new hire your doing a job that used to be salaried $45k-$65k, pensioned (at one point), 401k, company car, gas & car insurance payed for, 20% bonus, more PTO, ect, ect.
FTOW
less the $20hr so under $40k a year
1/2 the PTO & Bonus
And that’s all
A su---r is born right here folks
Yes, new hires dont get a 401K. I started back in Nov 2021 and was "offered" a 401k but everytime I try to set it up or access it, it wouldn't let me. I left 4 months ago.
Hahahahaha
To the person that wrote "Out with the old in with the new" you can have it, none of us "old" people want to work here anymore, it sucks! There's no perks, no benefits, no retirement, sh---y pay, knock yourself out, buh-bye!
If it's time to act like an SSR, that would include only work part of the load, none of the back stock, leave displays empty, and don't face up either.
Working here is embarrassing!
Anyone else think the response “I’m a new hire”…blah, blah, blah…is hilarious?
For those SR’s here till the 20th, they can’t write orders as taken out of system…omitted from “certain group” emails such as, they’re being given less hours so they can find new employment. They are now SSRs….time to act like one! ha-ha.
Have see that new hires dont have 401k. Is that true?
Out with the Old in with the New. I'm a new hire. Giving it my all.
To the person(troll) who wrote: “The ones losing their jobs probably deserve it.”…you’re an id--t. I know for an absolute fact this was not 100% the case. Needless to say, they let go “seasoned” SR’s who were considered the “gold standard.” Why? Save $$$$, especially if they qualified for their retirement, which FTOW get ZIP nor do FTOW’s get access to 401K plans.
Yep, if you paid any attention to other posts, people aren't leaving because they want their well deserved severance to GTFO!!!
Mondelez is gross and pathetic. If you look at what they are doing to the employees compared to what Keebler and Nestle did when they downsized, you'll notice a vast difference in monies.
Always enjoyed this job and watched coworkers retired doing this job. Sad I won't be able to do the same.
I have been short at least one ftow on my territory when we all played musical chairs in April 2021... Currently all I have is myself and a part-timer. When positions can't be filled now, how does management figure they will magically find all these people in a couple months? (We go live in April) Polishing that resume and getting it out there... this has gone from a career I truly enjoyed to a 60 hour/week nightmare.
Most people I've talk to on my team as well as other teams are miserable, not sure how miserable employees would think this company is great?
This is as great company to work for. The ones losing their jobs probably deserve it.
Talented people wouldnt stay here, only family, brown nosers, suck as--s and cheerleaders. Turn in the Malibu.
My team laid off half of the reps we had before the government shutdowns of 2020
I mean our team has severely shrank compared to 6 months ago so not sure I would say that.
