Will manager be notified of every internal job I apply to?

Is manager systematically notified if apply to other internal jobs?

It is a red flag because it means that they just want to get out of the department. It could mean that there are issues with possible cap or it could mean that they’re flighty and just like to job hop. Spending months training somebody and have them leave six months later is not going to benefit a new team.

Why is the process of applying for more than one job a red flag? Let's be honest, you are the reason people apply to multiple or many job posts at once.

The manager in the position you are applying for can see all the applications you have out there. When I see that an applicant has several open that is a red flag and don’t pick them for an interview.

No they won’t be alerted but contrary to what many of them say they can see what you are doing on your computer if they care to look. There is monitoring software on most people’s machines and if the manager wants to spend their time watching they can see that you are looking and applying.
