Yes they are expert gaslighters. Remember when she said about RTO that it didn’t make sense to come into the office to look at screens. Claiming that they are doing what’s best for customers.

I still don’t understand how will they fit everyone during that 1 week when all phone reps come to office - so basically all associates in office for that 1 week a month only way I can think is RIF 20-30% of associates in WLK & NC during summer

Jacksonville is mostly a service phone role site and is also bursting at the seams and a did not renew the lease for the building across the street. Not sure how this will work with 100% if that’s the route they choose.

NC has around ~8.5k associates and roughly ~4k seats, so it's going to take a new building for 100% RTO and they've been adamant that no new real estate.
