The spin was for top performers to earn more. They will keep spinning it that way. It's all about giving out less dollars. Now, with 10% cuts every year for the last few years, it's all too clear they are trying to get rid of us. Both in subtle and obvious ways.

I believe it will have the desired affect of making people leave. It's absolute bs to pay on shipment when many of us didn't get territory assignments until week 7, couple that with long lead times and your not likely to make it to the number that was too high to begin with. It's still bad. Some people aren't getting paid. It will have the desired effect of pushing people out.

They had to shove it back up their a-s in most European countries, since either local regulation didn't allow for such a change, or they first need to negotiate with worker councils/unions.
In our region there's nothing to complain simply because they rolled back to the old SCP, at least until H2.
