@wp How are Indians involved with moonlighting???? If I wanted to work another job to keep busy or I need additional cash, I get permission starting with the manager. If I am needed after hours, then I will make changes to my schedule. Now back to Indians... I have a problem with a few of them who think that we work for them. You get the type. It is no different than any ethnic group in America when it comes to having a power struggle between groups. If any hatred at BofA exists for any employee, I would strongly assume it would be AI starting with Erica. If I have an issue on my laptop, I do not want to be in an infinite loop. I rather talk to a live person regardless of ethnicity.
@wp no it's not against indians . It's against those who abuse the system.

@e0 many people do many things. But since the current atmosphere is one of hatred of Indians, anything borderline gray area that anyone does - hey look, something's wrong here.. Must be an Indian! These godda-n Indians.. Spoiling our culture...
Not too long ago, the Indian above was Haitian eating pet dogs and cats. Completely evidence free but since when has Twitter outrage required proof? Before that it was Hispanic.. Before that it was someone else and before that well... Blacks.. Before that Italian and so on... You get the picture
When I shared with my manager that I was struggling with rising costs and bills they told me about multiple people working second jobs at night or one weekends to keep up. I had no idea but the managers do!
@am apparently he didn't. But but who knows.. again I thought BOFA did not allow moon lighting in any way shape or form. Not unless he was paying off people in hr.
@OP As long as you get pre-approval for the 2nd job you are OK. Maybe this guy didn't bother or was in his pizza place while supposedly working at the bank or the bank checked into the payments to the students?
