They should shutdown the free Mexico trip for average performers
I don't think there is an immediate realignment unless it's very small and targeted.
The RTO mandate is more about making people quit to not pay severance. We're getting small desks with no room, VPs don't get offices, we need to store our stuff in lockers. The compacting is going to tank morale on purpose in a high cost area.
