Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Aditya's weekly recognition is not representative

Every recognition email is 90% lndian. It's becoming cringe to even look at without thinking that this doesn't represent the community or customers we serve.

When will we see true diversity and inclusion in those emails?
All we see is the cost cuts and visa control of certain group of people who can't leave BofA without sponsorship in the US.

is this already the time to start suing the company based on race discrimination and nepotism?
Or - such rules do not apply to our corporate environment...

The only motivation is that they get one third of what you get paid.

@fbe+1krQifQB I had a manager who passed on every resume onshore to bring in someone offshore for a business analyst position. After 5 years the entire team was hired the same way. No skills at all.

This is so true! I was thinking about it last week, but anyone who says anything at all is marked for a layoff. It's a taboo to say anything about it.

My entire IT department is all one race from a specific part of that country. They hired each other based on certain social criteria that they find acceptable to them.

Our software is in such bad shape and it's just all finger pointing and backstabbing. Very toxic culture!!
