PNC Bank retains key leadership as 777 FirstBank employees face summer layoffs

Of the 777 FirstBank employees at 12345 West Colfax Ave. who will be laid off beginning on June 30, the company’s market presidents will not be among them.

That's 777 first bank employees but they are laying off their PNC employees as well and replacing them with offshore employees.

Rumor has it that it was a regional president blaming their unmet goals on employees not being in the office. This happened last summer when all the regional presidents got together. It wasn’t long after that the RTO5 rumors started swirling around before it was finally announced in January. Is it a coincidence the “regional president model” is a focus they keep reminding us of? Hmmm…
